Stephen has held a number of leadership and executive management positions. He co-founded Strike Group in 2004 and has remained as President & CEO since it was established. His experience running an industry leading construction and maintenance service company has ensured that he knows how to provide stability through downturns, create synergies between companies, and build lasting customer relationships.
He has served on the Board of Directors of Flint Canada Inc., Flint Eurasia Ltd., President of the Petroleum Club, and currently Strike Group and related companies.

Matt brings a wide breadth of experience holding various roles in finance, accounting, land, sales and corporate development . Over the last 15 years he has worked in the oil and gas and construction services industry for Calgary based companies including Pennwest/Obsidian Energy and Strike group.
Matt is formally educated with BCOMM specializing in Energy Management at the University of Calgary complimented with an Executive MBA through Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC.
His diverse background allow him to currently lead
many strategic growth opportunities he is passionate about, including; mergers and acquisitions, process improvement, innovation and technology and Indigenous and Community Relations efforts.

Ryan Scott

Ryan has been in the Telecommunications industry for 22 years and has worked on many of the major telecommunications projects in Western Canada in that time.
He oversees client and project development, issue/dispute resolution, and helps drive forward the momentum of the teams direction and strategic vision.
He brings critical thinking, thoughtful leadership, and a strategic vision to the team, clients and projects.
Hunter Scott

Formally educated in economics and management -- Hunter bring a diverse background of international Venture Capital, Private Equity and public market knowledge to the company.
The learnings taught through his investment background are leveraged in the day to day management, growth and custodianship of the business.

Derek has been in the telecommunications industry for over 18 years and brings a diverse knowledge base to our team. Derek’s past roles in leadership and project management, combined with hands on experience, have enabled the successful completion of a variety of projects across Western Canada.
Derek provides a solution-based approach to project delivery that will incorporates the company’s integration service model.
Derek’s dedication to industry safety and the development of safe-work procedures have been at the forefront throughout his carrier. His approach to a safe-work culture has been a key ingredient in his success for nearly two decades.
